Warranty on Frames

Quality and durability are key elements at Vision Axis. The Frames we choose and sold at Vision Axis Eyewear store are made from the best quality materials like Acetate, TR, and Steel.

 

Duration

Six months conditional warranty applicable from the date of delivery on frames sold at Vision Axis Eyewear store.

 

Inclusion

Warranty on frames includes damages caused to the product due to corrosion, rusting, coating peel-off, and color fading.

 

Exclusion

Warranty on frames does not cover product physical damage, scratches, accidental damage, mishandling, negligence, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or normal wear and tear.

 

Conditions

This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.

This warranty will only be applicable when the original invoice and warranty report is provided at the store.

The Decision of the Vision Axis qualified professional expert on the nature of the damage and applicability of the warranty will be final.

 

Post Warranty approval, Complete replacement of the frame under six months from the date of delivery. *If the same model is not available, a frame of a similar model of the same value will be provided free of cost.

Complete replacement of the frame at 50% charge above 6 months to one year from the date of delivery. *If the same model is not available, a frame of a similar model of the same value will be provided.

Warranty on Lenses

Vision quality will depend on the power of the lens. We at Vision Axis Eyewear store make sure the lenses dispensed will be accurate to the spectacle prescription provided at the booking.

Six-month conditional warranty on lenses is applicable from the date of delivery.

 

Inclusion

Warranty on lenses is provided for manufacturing defects like coating peel-off or fading from the date of purchase.

 

Exclusion

Warranty does cover accidental damage, scratches, damage caused by negligence, tampering, normal wear and tear, improper use, or storage of product.

 

An unconditional warranty is applicable if the power of the lenses dispensed and the spectacle prescription is not matching (Provided on the booking date). This warranty will only be applicable when the original invoice and warranty report is provided at the store.

 

Any adaptation/ power issues on lenses should be reported by the customer within 15 days.
