RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND POLICY

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Vision Axis Located in Pileru, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, 517214, INDIA.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://www.visionaxis.in/

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied or found in a damaged condition (Your responsibility to inform us on the same date of delivery or within 24 hours), you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

A product that is bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are:

For spectacle frames: Ensure no scratches are made. The frames should not be bent or twisted. All screws and any embedment should remain intact and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee, and any other extras or complimentary offers if any. (Return or exchange will not be accepted for any change of model, the exchange is only made for the delivered product if different from the order)

For Spectacle lenses: Return is accepted only for any inaccuracy in lenses power that is mentioned in the respective prescription uploaded. or Type of lenses dispensed that of from choice of lenses from the order.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

The shipping of the returned product once the return has been approved, you need to ship the products using any carrier. Pack the products as received and stick the return label on the box. We will send you the return label in the email once the return is approved by our team. please make sure to include the return slip in the package.  ( We will give reimbursement up to Rs.100 for return shipping of the product  once the product is received )

If the customer does not log in to the complaint within the time frame mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for returns in such cases.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product wasn't used or damaged

  • The product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded within 30 working days to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products (if delivered a different product from the order placed) can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

Exchange frame and lens (If different or damaged product is received)

Exchange with same frame but different lens or choose to upgrade lens (Additional cost will have to be paid for upgrade)

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lenses are custom-made for you according to you specific needs. Once prepared for your selected frame it cannot be used for others. However, we want you to be a happy customer, which is why we have a cancellation policy for you. (NOT APPLICABLE ONCE ORDER IS PROCESSED/ALREADY DISPATCHED)

Complete order cancellation: We request to contact immediately to us using the email provided below or using chat and request for cancellation. 

Partial Order cancellation: No partial order cancellation are allowed.

Once request is approved. You will receive necessary details in email. Any refund applicable will be made as per refund policy.
