At Vision Axis, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.  You will also receive confirmation via email once your order is dispatched with tracking information.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Shipping method:

Standard (4-6 Business days) Fee: 100INR

High Powers and complicated powers (6-10 Business days) Fee:100 INR

Estimated timeline:

Only frame: 3working days

Simple or regular power eyeglasses: 3-5 working days

Complicated powers or High Powers: 5-7 working days

Prescription sunglasses or High Index lenses: 5-7 workings days

The delivery timeline might vary as per city:

Metro cities: 2 working days

Tire 2 cities: 3 working days

Tire 3 cities: 4 working days

Tire 4 cities & Others: 5 working days

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

SHIPPING TERMS:

Vision Axis delivers your products using third-party logistic services.  We request to provide the accurate, complete, and correct shipping details and Pin code for delivery.  There may be less reach to certain areas. Any delay in shipping and issue arises due to incorrect shipping details, Vision Axis will not be liable at any given point in time.

In the case of non-serviceable pin codes or any unforeseen conditions, order delivery might be delayed

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
