Where I can find my frame size?If you are a spectacle user or if you tried any frame previously, look inside of the frame temples (or side arms) You will see the numbers mentioned. The first two-digit number is the width of the lens usually ranging between 40mm to 60mm. Find this number on your frame and choose the frame accordingly. I have frame, Can I buy only lenses?Currently, we don't provide that option. As a whole, we customize pair of glasses ( Frame along with lenses) according to your prescription. As an option you purchase only frame rather only lenses.

How to submit my prescription?We want you to submit your prescription for your eyeglasses or powered sunglasses on the cart page. After selecting your frame, the page will direct you to the cart page. We had given an option to upload your prescription image (an easy way to avoid any difficulties in submitting a prescription). I don't have a prescription, is it mandatory to submit the prescription to buy a frame?No. If you want to buy an only frame, you can simply skip submitting the order form submission and checkout with only frame.

How do I find my PD measurement?PD is the Distance between two pupil centers. Usually, PD is mentioned in your prescription in mm (millimeters). This is mandatory to buy bifocals and progressive lenses. If you don't find PD in the prescription, ask your Optometrist or Optician to measure and fill it in your prescription.

How my prescription is useful in selecting lenses?Each prescription will have SPH ( Spherical), CYL (cylindrical), Axis, VA ( Visual acuity/vision), Dist ( distance power), Near ( Near power), ADD (Addition power for people above 40years). You can select and customize lenses according to your power. Simply you can use the numbers mentioned in each component to select the final lens of your choice.

How can I order lenses?Vision Axis brings you a unique way to customize your lenses and pay only for what you needed. All powered lenses can be selected using your prescription numbers. (SPH and CYL numbers) If your prescription has only SPH mentioned (eg: -6.00 SPH. then Select SPH power limit range according to that and select CYL as zero) If your prescription has both SPH and CYL mentioned (eg: -6.00 SPH and CYL as -2.00) Then Select SPH power limit range and CYL power limit range accordingly to customize lenses. I have high power, which lenses should I order?You can order any lenses according to your prescription power. We mentioned each type of lens with its limitation and advantages. But we recommend choosing high index lenses (1.61 for 30% thinner lens or 1.67 lenses for 50% thinner lens compared to the standard lens). Where I can update my prescription?We want you to be risk-free while ordering your glasses. Previously saving the prescription in your account might give you a chance to place the wrong order (considering the prescription might change from time to time).
