Choosing the right frame size for you (S/M/L) can be done in different ways

Simple Ruler Method:

1. Stand in front of a mirror with a ruler held in line with your temple.

2. Measure the distance between your temples as indicated in the picture.

3. Your frame size can vary by +/- 3mm from your frame measurement.

4. What is the right frame size for me?

   1. Small (S): narrow or small faces is <129mm or 12.9cm

   2. Medium (M): medium-sized face structures 130-139mm (13-13.9 cm)

   3. Large (L): Wider faces >139mm (13.9cm)

*For 95% of the Indian people, medium size frames will get suited.

*With an approximation, you choose large or small frames for wide or narrow face width respectively.

Eye Size: Horizontal width of the lens (44-62mm)

Small (S): <47mm

Medium (M): 47-52mm

Large (L): >52mm
